What each role does in ACMS

Choose a role to see its daily tasks, the records it works on and who receives the handover.

Business owner

Review the projects that need a decision

External parties

Share only the records each party is given

The owner and the supervising consultant have a different scope from the contractor’s internal team.

01

Client / owner

Sees project information and the records published to them. The contractor’s internal records stay outside that scope.

02

Supervising consultant

Inspects and responds to the work and evidence assigned to them. The inspection scope decides what data they can open.

03

Site workers

See their assigned work and their own attendance tasks. Company administration and financial controls are not part of their screen.
