Source and version
Each answer names the records used, their version and date. An answer based on an old revision is not presented as current evidence.
Unconfirmed information
Missing dates, quantities or permissions are stated. The user can check the source or continue the work manually.
Approval authority
The assistant proposes or reads on the user’s behalf. It does not approve purchases, inspections or payments.
