Site

Work orders with quantities, crews and site records.

The site supervisor prepares work orders with a location, quantity, drawing revision and crew. Site teams record daily work against each order; QA/QC checks the inspection records before QS uses accepted quantities in a payment application.

Process

How the work moves in ACMS

  1. 1

    Prepare the work order

Reference the work package and location. Specify quantities, crew, required materials and the drawing revision to use.

  2. 2

    Check readiness

Check the method, drawings, materials, workforce and safety conditions. Assign an owner to each unresolved item.

  3. 3

    Record the shift

The site team records labor, equipment, quantities and issues against the work order. Reported work is not automatically accepted work.

  4. 4

    Submit for inspection

QA/QC reviews evidence and inspection results. Accepted quantities remain traceable when QS prepares a payment application.

On site

When something goes wrong

What happens

The crew is ready, but the drawing is superseded.

How it is handled in ACMS

The supervisor checks the current issued revision with document control, reviews the affected scope and updates the work reference before release. A tick on a checklist does not replace the required document.

Preparing a demo

What to bring

One work order, its drawing revision, material receipts and daily record. Include an inspection record to review the handover from the site team to QA/QC and QS.

Book a demo
Does a site report count as acceptance?

No. Reported production, inspection and certification have different owners and states. The relevant approval must be completed before a quantity is treated as accepted.

What can a field worker see?

Assigned work and their own attendance-related tasks, within the project and role permissions granted to them. Project financial data is governed separately.

Book a demo with your own project data

Send us a sample schedule, work order or payment file. The demo walks through that process in ACMS with your team.
