Progress claims, receivables and payables with their evidence.
QS prepares progress claims from quantities accepted through inspection and the contract terms. Each claim keeps its supporting records, so missing documents are visible before submission. Finance then follows what has been certified, invoiced and received, and what is owed to suppliers and subcontractors.

Preparing a demo
What to bring
The last progress claim with its certificate, the related inspection records and your current receivables list.
Book a demoIs a certified claim the same as cash received?
No. Certified, invoiced and received are tracked as separate states, so the cash forecast is not overstated.
Can we see what we owe subcontractors?
Yes. Payables are listed by subcontractor and project, with the claim and accepted quantity behind each amount.
