BPM

Project schedules, weekly plans and work packages.

The planner breaks the project into WBS tasks, sets dependencies and assigns crews to the weekly plan. The project manager compares reported quantities and dates against the approved baseline to review delays and proposed revisions.

Process

How the work moves in ACMS

  1. 1

    Break down the scope

Create WBS and work packages from the project scope. Set quantities, durations, calendars and responsible teams.

  2. 2

    Check the sequence

Review dependencies and resource availability before submitting a baseline. Keep approved and working versions distinct.

  3. 3

    Plan the week

Assign the next work packages and inspect material, drawing and crew conditions with the site team.

  4. 4

    Explain a variance

Compare actual quantities and dates with the baseline. Identify affected successors and prepare a revised sequence for review.

How it is handled in ACMS

The planner checks the inspection milestone, crew calendar and follow-on work. The project manager reviews the recovery proposal; the approved baseline remains the comparison point.

Preparing a demo

What to bring

A WBS, approved schedule and one weekly plan. Include a delayed task, its successors and the proposed crew changes.

Book a demo
Can we keep the original schedule?

An approved baseline provides the comparison point. A working change or scenario must be identified separately and reviewed before it becomes the new plan.

What should we bring to a planning demo?

One WBS, a schedule, project calendars and a week of crew assignments. Include a delayed task to check how dependencies are handled.

Book a demo with your own project data

Send us a sample schedule, work order or payment file. The demo walks through that process in ACMS with your team.
