Skills and trade level are the basis for the weekly crew plan.
HCM develops people and records their trade skills, levels and certificates. Planners and site supervisors allocate crews by task, date and shift. They check existing assignments, skills and leave before assigning people. Attendance records then go through their own review, separate from the planned headcount.

How the work moves in ACMS

Specify the crew need
Start with the work package, skill requirements, dates and required headcount. Include site-specific conditions.

Compare assignments, calendars, leave and relevant qualifications before choosing people for the shift.

Confirm assignments
Review the draft with the site team. Workers see the assignments within their granted project scope.

Reconcile attendance
Review attendance and explanations through the designated approval process. Keep private HR records under their own access rules.

Two sites need the same crew on the same day.
How it is handled in ACMS
The planner compares the work dates and available capacity. The project managers agree the reassignment and check affected tasks; HR verifies the required skills and working conditions.

Can site staff see private HR records?
Access to assignment data does not automatically grant access to private personnel or payroll information. These permissions are scoped separately.
